The Falk FuneralHomes & Crematory offer a selection of keepsake items, which take memories to a personal level.  Some designer items have been carefully crafted to hold a small portion of cremated remains, either to wear or for display.  Other items can hold valuable treasures.  Yet others, like the Thumbies, are meant to  create a lasting keepsake from an actual thumb or foot print of your loved one.

Some of the specialized tributes that we offer are listed below.  There are many different kinds of keepsakes available. Thumbies
Thumbies are an unique way to capture the final touch of a family member.  The process starts by asking us to take an ink fingerprint, handprint, or footprint.  We then forward it to the manufacturer who saves it electronically. For each piece that you order, a wax replica is created and then cast in solid precious metal, either sterling silver or 14K gold.  Your hand polished piece is return in about 3 weeks.  Additional pieces can be ordered at any time.  Your Thumbie becomes a comfort to you, and a treasured heirloom in years to come.

 Life's Treasures Bracelet
These bracelets are polished sterling silver with brushed ends.  They are available in two sizes, small (fits wrists 6"-7") and large (fits wrists 7"-8").  The removable end caps are available in your choice of polished sterling silver, black cabochon, any one of 12 different birthstones, or one of 4 diamond pave end caps of ruby, diamond, sapphire, or emerald.  Families can insert a small lock of hair or a portion of cremated remains within the bracelet ends.
 

Serenity Angel Keepsake
These miniature angels are made of weighted resin and holds a small portion of ashes.  These angels also the perfect size for a baby's ashes. 		 
 

 Memory Light Candle Keepsake
The Memory Light is an attractive option for families wishing to display a keepsake that doesn't look like an urn.  Each piece is carved from solid marble, holds a token amount of ashes, and use a standard tealight candle.
 

Keepsake Urns
These miniature urns are available in an array of urn and heart styles.  Many of them match our larger urns.  By keeping a small token amount of your loved ones ashes, they are always close to you.  They can be placed on a bedside table, beside a photo or small flower vase, or on a windowsill.  These keepsakes can also be used for ground samples from the grave site, flower petals from the casket spray, a lock of hair from the deceased,  or items of remembrance like rings or other jewelry.

 My Crystal Companion
By memorializing remains of your loved one in crystal, you are not only making a statement of respect and of honor, but you are allowing your companion a final chance to give you a beautiful gift of love and devotion. Just as no two lives are ever alike, each crystal is unique and special.  The essence of your loved one's life determines the color and the design of the crystal.  The remains determine whether the companion appears translucent or opaque, as well as whether or not it will possess any number of speckled or clouded designs.  Companion jewelry is available in a wide range of colors and cuts.
